Vancouver, British Columbia, August 21, 2017 – Aftermath Silver Ltd. (the “Company” or “Aftermath Silver”) is pleased to report that the British Columbia Securities Commission, as principal regulator, the Alberta Securities Commission, the Office of the Yukon Superintendent of Securities and the Office of the Superintendent of Securities Department of Justice, Northwest Territories (collectively, the “Commissions”), have revoked the cease trade order issued on October 6, 2015 (the “Cease Trade Order”), directing that all trading in securities of the Company cease. The Cease Trade Order was issued on the basis that the Company was in default of certain filing requirements under applicable securities laws (the “Required Filings”). The Required Filings have all been filed and are available for review online at SEDAR at www.sedar.com, under the Company’s profile.

The Company’s business plan is to acquire one or more advanced base metals/precious metals properties in South America and/or Australia.

The Commissions revoked the Cease Trade Order relating to Aftermath’s securities effective August 18, 2017.
